Comms-care, now an Ingram Micro company, has been awarded Cisco Gold Partner status for the 10th successive year. An assessment by a third party audit company stated that the procedures in place at Comms-care were among the best in the industry and that its systems and methodologies were ‘world class’.
The independent audit covered all aspects of the services Comms-care provides to support Cisco systems, including project management, HR processes, solution selling, ServiceDesk, problem management and security; special emphasis was made of a first class approach to continual service improvement.
Mark Forster, Operations Director at Comms-care, said: “We are extremely proud to not only retain our status as Cisco Gold Partner but to have secured such excellent feedback from the auditor. It means our channel partners and their customers can continue to have confidence in the quality of the Cisco services that we can provide. It’s also a strong endorsement of the commitment of the team at Comms-care to delivering a best-in-class service, from our ServiceDesk to the engineers.”
