Comms care, the strategic support services partner to the IT channel community, has today announced that it has been awarded Gold Partner status for the 6th successive year by Cisco following an independent third party audit of Comms-care’s processes and people.
Receiving the Cisco Gold Partner status demonstrates an organisation’s ability to provide excellent service delivery, deliver continuous service and process improvement and bring value to customers wishing to work with Cisco products or services. Comms-care was awarded its Gold Partner badge with no areas of improvement.
Mark Forster, Operations Director, Comms-care, said: “Our partners rely on us to provide them with the best support services in the channel. To have been recertified with Gold Partner status from Cisco for the 6th consecutive year is further proof to current and prospective partners that we offer the best in the business. To have been commended by Cisco in areas we, as a company, pride ourselves on is a testament not just to Comms-care but also our people who make everything run smoothly day to day.”
