Comms-care delivers Cisco Customer Excellence

Comms-care leader in the provision of channel network and IT support services were recently praised by Cisco on achieving Customer Satisfaction Excellence. This news follows on from the recent successful Cisco audit where Comms-care was awarded Cisco Gold status for the third year running.

Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence is the highest distinction a partner can achieve within the Cisco Channel Partner Program. Being awarded with this status provides Comms-care with an identified status in the Cisco Partner Locator highlighting this achievement.

Cisco assess partners by their customer satisfaction results recorded through the online Cisco Partner Access tool (www.cisco.com/go/pal). Partners are informed each quarter of their results and if they have been successful in achieving the highest Customer Satisfaction award within each geographic region.
