Comms-care Expands their Support Team

Channel network and server support organisation Comms-care have recently expanded their support team by recruiting an additional six network engineers, bucking the current trend of industry wide job losses.

This latest recruitment drive was influenced by the rise in demand for Comms-care’s IT support services. The current economic downturn has put more pressure on resellers to look at forming trusted partnerships with ‘channel only’ support provides such as Comms-care in order to deliver the necessary level of service delivery and support across their customers networks. These resellers may have once looked at providing some of the services themselves but due to a reduction of internal personnel with the necessary technical skills has meant them looking to outsource more of their IT support capabilities.

The engineers will be immediately integrated into the Comms-care support team and find themselves assisting with engineering projects, network maintenance and bespoke installations across the whole of the UK.

Mark Forster, Operations Manager at Comms-care comments: “Comms-care’s support teams are currently experiencing a particular busy period supporting our channel partners. We have noticed an increased number of organisations who once used us on the odd occasion rely on us more and more as their internal skills and knowledge base have been dramatically reduced. In addition, we have also noticed an increase in requests for our Advanced Technology Services as organisations look to integrate latest technologies to assist them in reducing their operational overheads.”
