Comms-care responds rapidly to city congestion

Comms-care, a provider of channel network and IT support services has recently introduced a Rapid Response Service aimed at maintaining their Customers’ networks more efficiently across high density areas.

The initiative was introduced by the Service Delivery team in response to the increased traffic on city roads and especially the heavy congestion at peak times. This new service will enable Comms-care engineers to respond quicker to network faults and dramatically reduce travel time to Customer increasing service availability to our channel partners.

The Comms-care Rapid Response Team will be equipped with high specification motorcycles. The Honda CBF600 bikes are equipped with shock and water proof panniers capable of carrying all of the necessary equipment to deal with a Customer site visit whether it is installation, maintenance or a network audit.

Ewan Conlon, responsible for service delivery at Comms-care explains: “The Rapid Response Team will strengthen our service greatly and I see this type of initiative growing in London and other cities across the UK also. Our channel partners in London will benefit from a higher level of support knowing that we will be able to quickly respond to any fault call well within the SLA increasing service availability to our Customers and associated user communities.”

The Rapid Response Service is the latest initiative to ensure channel partners are supported fully across the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe.
