The company had arranged a medieval banquet at Warwick Castle for all Comms-care employees. In addition to the employee awards, this feast of celebration consisted of a champagne reception, period costumes, 5 course banquet and medieval entertainment.
The awards were determined by each individual member of the Comms-care team casting an online vote for one of their colleagues. There were six awards up for grabs including - Sales Person of the Year, Service Desk/Service Delivery Person of the Year, Engineer of the Year, Support Services Person of the Year, Outstanding Contribution of the Year and Employee of the Year.
Once the deadline for votes had passed a count was issued and final results were prepared for the awards ceremony. All winners were presented with a trophy engraved with their name and title of their achievement, champagne, flowers and a cash prize.

Even though all the award winners fully deserved their accolade it is important to mention that many individuals received votes from their colleagues, which illustrates the togetherness Comms-care has within its team.”
