Hertfordshire based Reseller Comms-Solve has just scooped an £80,000 contract to supply and maintain an Inter-Tel Axxess telephone system to The Young Vic Theatre in London. The deal which includes the supply and installation of network cabling, a wireless network, call centre applications and CRM solutions provided by Swan’s Callview is the icing on the cake for the relatively new reseller which has been trading since 2002.
The lead for this sale was provided by the Comms4Business.com website (owned by Miles Publishing – publishers of Comms Business Magazine and this website) around 12 months ago and whilst a number of resellers were pitching for the business, The Young Vic chose Comms-Solve and Inter-Tel based upon their expertise and general approach.
Cliff Smith Managing Director, Comms-Solve commented, “We are absolutely thrilled with securing this business against very stiff competition .I would like to thank Comms4Business for the opportunity generated via the web site, Tracy Griffiths of Inter-Tel for her expertise and support on the Axxess system, John Gulver of Swan Solutions and all of my team at Comms Solve who have helped in securing this order.
The Comms4business web site has played a major role as a business generation tool and has proven to be a valuable asset to our business and its future growth.
The Young Vic contract is by far the largest of many deals which have been generated by the Comm4Business web site so thanks, and keep the leads coming!”
