It is all about having the right products, with the best features at the best price plus great support – that is why we are selling well.
I am advising our resellers to focus upon selling applications like ours – they can sell these with or without a telephone system. Our entry level call management and all of our call recording products work on most phone systems sold in the UK, so resellers can still make a high margin sale even if the client hangs onto their legacy phone system for a while. Now is the time to direct mail your customer database and sell them something else. We will do the demo, we can install and support your customer – you just make the opportunity and we will help you with the rest.”
Church concludes, “We have definite plans to grow this year, as we need more staff, particularly good account managers for the channel.”
