CommSoft Team Grows

The team at CommSoft grows again, with two new staff joining the Technical Support team based in Bracknell.

‘We are delighted to introduce Charlotte Stronge and Jon Elsom to the channel’ says Bonnie Church, Sales & Marketing Director. ‘They are both highly skilled people and we are very lucky to have them on board. These are two new roles that we have created due to the volume of business that we are experiencing with the launch of CommsOffice and the recording solutions. We are so busy that we just had to grow the team’, she adds ‘However, we are rapidly outgrowing our current Bracknell office and we plan to take on two further technical staff in the next few months, so we have to start looking for a new office building soon!’.

Charlotte Stronge has over seven years of customer service and IT helpdesk experience within a software environment. In her previous role, Charlotte and her team achieved ‘outstanding’ results in a customer satisfaction survey and increased ‘call closure’ rates by 100%. A driven and focused help desk professional, Charlotte says that she ‘lives, thinks and breathes’ software and looks forward to bringing her skills into play at CommSoft. ‘I have been made to feel very welcome at CommSoft’ says Charlotte. ‘The team here are so nice and I look forward to getting to know the CommSoft resellers and their customers in the coming weeks. I feel that I have excellent opportunities for career development at CommSoft, which is important to me. I always aim to go that ‘extra mile’ in the name of good customer service and the team at CommSoft share that ethos’.

Jon Elsom, previously a Senior Technical Consultant with a major voice recording supplier, joined the CommSoft team at the start of this year. Jon worked in both field service engineering and helpdesk roles during his seven year tenure with another voice recording supplier’ says Jeremy Whilde, Technical Director of CommSoft. ‘Jon has excellent customer support skills combined with a real depth of call recording knowledge’ adds Jeremy. ‘He particularly enjoys using his initiative and problem solving and is also looking at long term career development with CommSoft’. Jon has also worked in IT customer support and has strong hardware, software and networking skills. ‘I am enjoying my new role with CommSoft, it’s a very busy helpdesk and I combine telephone support duties with customer site visits and installations. It’s a good balance of office and field based work and I also take on various operational responsibilities within the team’.

The two new staff join the existing support team at an exciting time for CommSoft, with new product launches due this year in the voice recording arena plus CommsOffice Enterprise with CTI functionality.
