Commsworld Expands Workforce as Company Grows

Commsworld has announced the recruitment of new personnel to further enhance the service offering to their customers. Commsworld says, “As the company grows we are committed to delivering world class service to our clients.”

The appointments are as follows:

Service

Christine Byrne to the position Service Delivery Manager. Christine has extensive experience with over 16 years in the ICT industry and joins at an exciting and busy time for the company.

Peter Brook has joined to work out of the Aberdeen office as a field based ICT engineer. Peter has over 10 years experience in the telecoms and IT industry with extensive experience diagnosing faults, systems installation / maintenance for Avaya, Mitel IP Solutions and Microsoft Exchange Servers.

Graeme Turpie has joined the desk based service team working out of the NOC (Network Operation Centre) in Glasgow. Graeme is a highly experienced technical support analyst with skills is ADSL broadband, Windows Servers, Cisco, Avaya and VoIP.

Sales and Consultancy

Ewan Wilson has joined as a mobile specialist. Ewan has extensive experience and knowledge in the mobile sector. Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) is redefining how every business communicates and Commsworld say they are well placed to help customers on this journey.

Accounts

Anne Hood has joined the Accounts team. Anne worked with the company previously under CTS and they are delighted to welcome her back.
