Computacenter has announced today that it had reached the standards required for ServiceNow’s Gold Partner accreditation for Sales. Computacenter becomes the first ServiceNow partner in EMEA to hold the top tier gold status for ServiceNow Sales and Service alongside existing accreditations for the ServiceNow Training and Technology programs.
The ServiceNow Sales Program is designed to recognise partners that deliver significant contribution through subscription sales. The stringent criteria for accreditation also places a heavy emphasis on ServiceNow’s Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) metrics. Computacenter’s subsidiary TeamUltra has been able to meet the demanding criteria for revenue, trained sales personnel and areas of ServiceNow expertise. With TeamUltra, the IT provider has consistently demonstrated its ability to sell the broadest range of ServiceNow products and applications to help customers navigate through the complex challenges of today’s digital transformation processes.
Steve Rayner-Murray, Global Innovation and Change Director at Computacenter says, “Since the acquisition of TeamUltra, we have been able to more effectively respond to the significant increase in demand from Computacenter customers for ServiceNow capabilities. As companies race to adapt to a digital age, they expect the best solutions supported by exceptional customer service. We enable customers to transform IT service management and other lines of business such as customer service management, security operations and IT operations management. This accreditation reinforces the value we provide to customers by reducing complexity and costs to ensure a broader and more holistic approach to service delivery.”
Mike Beale, Managing Director of TeamUltra says, “We can help our customers achieve greater innovation and cost efficiency as part of their digital workplace strategy. With our Customer CSAT scores being amongst the highest in the industry, TeamUltra has always had a reputation for being the ServiceNow partner of choice. The latest Gold accreditation from ServiceNow for Sales, is further recognition of our ability to accelerate the sale cycle, and deliver in a new age of enterprise and global sales expectations.”
