Computerlinks praises 100% SLA

Networks First, an independent provider of support services for network infrastructures, has just completed the first twelve months of its service delivery contract for Computerlinks, (formerly known as Unipalm), the UK and Ireland’s foremost specialist distributor of Internet technology solutions. Providing network support services to a

range of Computerlinks clients, Networks First exceeded its SLA (service level agreement) in every aspect.

After a year of working for Computerlinks, Networks First has not only responded to over forty callouts for the company’s customers and partners across the UK but it has also dealt with an additional ten non-contracted call outs, exceeding all its targets. David Ellis, Director of Security, Professional Services and Training, Computerlinks, explains: “Networks First’s support service is based on service level agreements that deal with the restoration of network services rather than the traditional break-fix approach offered by many providers. To complete every one of its call outs without compromising any part of an SLA is amazing.

“ComputerLinks needed a partner that was committed to helping us provide the best quality support to our customers. Networks First has demonstrated over the last twelve months that they can provide the best service over and above their contract. We’re in very safe hands.”

Peter Titmus, Managing Director, Networks First, said: “We are committed to providing a service that helps our partners achieve excellence. Our culture is about delivering the very best results. For us it’s not about just hitting targets it’s about providing our partners with a level of service that is unparalleled. We always go the extra mile.
