ComputerTel, the voice recording and performance management software company, has launched a brand new interactive website. The site, www.computertel.co.uk, is designed to provide a more visual and informative experience, designed through comprehensive feedback from customers and experts alike.
ComputerTel’s Managing Director, Philip Haynes says, “With the introduction of a wider product range for this year, we decided to revamp our web site and provide a more informative and dynamic one, to inform visitors of how we can assist them with their recording and contact centre solutions. We conducted informal research into our visitor’s opinions on the previous websites, and from these findings we identified that we needed to create a more obvious branding for our Carina range of recording and performance management products, as well as make the website more interactive and informative. We are delighted with the results and all of our remits have been met.”
ComputerTel has been established since 1988 and through their research to find out what should be in this latest website, they researched all of their previous sites, with interesting and some amusing results.
“The way that the internet and websites in general have evolved is quite phenomenal. From our first website launched in 1990, the standard and importance of websites have snowballed. Websites are one of the most important marketing tools for any organization who which want to be noticed.” Commented Philip Haynes. “Customers and prospects expect a good deal and a professional service. At ComputerTel we know that our products are not only the very best available but also that we listen to our customers and offer them the best working solution available for their needs. As a result, we will continue to refine our products and services to meet their needs now and in the future, as we have done with our website.”
