Contrex Upgrades IVR Capability

TelNG have upgraded their Contrex telephony platform to include a web-controlled IVR capability. The new functionality is a standard feature of the platform and can be implemented as part of a hosted telephony solution or as a PABX.

Jim Joyce of TelNG explains “We believe that the addition of a web controlled IVR capability provides users of the Contrex system with a very powerful inbound call management capability, particularly when it is combined with the feature rich call routing options that the platform currently has.”

Joyce continues “As with all the functionality within the Contrex platform, it is completely self service, and therefore creates great opportunities for the channel to either manage the deployment themselves or to pass the capability onto their customers.”
