At the recent Convergence Summit North Union Street Technologies successfully signed a deal with tIPicall.
tIPicall owns and operates its own resilient network and provides SIP and hosted based services all over the world. The company has a channel only policy and is exclusive distributor of Tata Communications’ portfolio of hosted IP PBX and SIP trunking services. The tIPicall partner programme recognises that not all SIP and hosted resellers have the same knowledge and experience and has designed training packages to assist partners to reach the next level as a certified SIP accredited partner.
Commenting on tIPicall’s choice of Union Street, Guy Miller, Managing Director of tIPicall stated, “We have ambitious plans to develop our range of services and product portfolio over the coming months and we needed a carrier billing solution with the tools and flexibility to help us manage this. We looked at the market carefully before selecting Union Street to provide software for our wholesale service management needs. We were really impressed with the new solutions that are coming through from Union Street and the flexibility that they offered in terms of being able to support our services going forward.”
Union Street’s Director of Development, Alper Kazaca, stated, “We’ve put a lot of effort into developing solutions that are highly adaptable, making it easy for a carrier like tIPicall to deploy new services. As ever Convergence Summit provided the perfect opportunity to do business.”
