Coming on the back of recent contract wins with The Football League and Parity Group PLC, the deal is for a 3 year managed services contract for Pannone’s network which also includes a technology refresh based on Cisco’s Smart Business Architecture methodology.
Solutions communications specialist, ConvergeOne installed a fully managed network at Pannone’s Manchester head office. The network upgrade project was initiated last year when Pannone suffered a major outage and network failure at their Manchester offices. After fixing the immediate issues to restore connectivity, ConvergeOne made recommendations for a fully managed service which will be evoked dynamically and will significantly reduce downtown and network availability by using state of the art network monitoring tools.
The network solution was based on Cisco’s Smart Business Architecture, which is a Cisco recommended design guide for midsize and enterprise networks. The methodology offers a blueprint for designing and deploying a full service, comprehensive network to support the needs of a business with 100 to 10,000 connected users.
Pannone LLP identified the need to upgrade their network infrastructure to enable them to benefit from a stable, reliable and robust network.
