Jonathan Smith joins Convergys as Vice President & General Manager, EMEA. Smith has held key leadership roles with a top telecommunications equipment provider for much of his career and will use his experience to drive Convergys’ growth plans in EMEA. He reports to Bob Lento, President, Convergys Information Management.
Andy Green joins Convergys as Vice President of Sales, EMEA. Green has over 20 years of experience in license sales, professional services sales, and professional services delivery in the software and telecommunications industries and will be focused on generating new business for Convergys. He reports to Jonathan Smith.
Paul Louden joins Convergys as Director of Sales, EMEA. An experienced sales leader in the communications and unified collaboration industries, Paul will work closely with Convergys’ strategic and channel partners to enhance sales opportunities. He reports to Jonathan Smith.
