Cracking Results for Comms-care

Comms-care, a provider of channel and IT maintenance has announced their highest ever financial results and revealed plans for further growth. Turnover has doubled with £700k EBIT; a 700% increase on the previous year.

Scott Yates, Managing Director of Comms-care said: “We have seen tremendous growth over the last year; sales have been consistently growing in the north and south. Our success is down to listening to the needs of the reseller and continually developing new services to help them win new business opportunities.”

Another contribution to Comms-care’s success is the continual investment in training. The company invested £100k on training engineers to high standards. Furthermore, Comms-care are currently in the process of extending there headquarters in Cheshire. The new office will be completed in the next two weeks and will be used as a management centre for engineers to manage networks. This will increase the total office space by up to 10,000sq ft.

All this activity has led to a huge recruitment drive, Comms-care have set up their own recruitment company to look out for IT and sales staff. The company has already recruited 45 engineers this year.

Comms-care say they look forward to further growth next quarter with the recent appointment of a managed services director adding that opportunities lie in expanding services for resellers. The company are also looking at acquisitions with companies in VOIP and storage.
