Denise Drew, who heads up the Crane Samsung Business Unit, told Comms Business Magazine, “Interest in the Samsung product range has been incredible since we announced our agreement to distribute the products two weeks ago. Resellers are keen to find out how they can fast track the product in to their portfolio and these seminars provide the ideal format from which to build the skills necessary to sell the entire product range.”
Crane has also made available a self study CD which will introduce each engineer to the communication systems from the DCS range to the new 7000 series systems and handsets.
Each engineer will be required to run through the CD before their training date which will help to get a basic understanding of the range and how to install these systems.
The courses take place at Samsung’s training offices in Staines on 25th and 26th July and at the Samsung Offices in Manchester on 3rd and 4th August.
