Croft Gains ‘Remote Access’ to the IT Sector

IT specialist Croft Technology has further expanded its portfolio of services, becoming one of only a select number of organisations to be awarded gold partnership status by global IT manufacturer NetOp.

Croft is now one of only 20 UK companies fully accredited to sell and support NetOp’s range of remote control, teaching and security software. As the continuity and cost-effectiveness of IT operations are becoming increasingly critical factors within businesses, this partnership will benefit many of Crofts customers and future clients.

NetOp, a subsidiary of Danware, is an international industry leader in remote management. The software is designed to deal with unplanned events, providing a complete package for remote management of computers and networked devices as well as proactive maintenance of software and hardware. It is also used for remote system administration and helpdesk environments.

The gold partnership status enables Croft to offer customers a range of NetOp solutions, ensuring an efficient management of computers and networked devices as well as proactive maintenance of software and hardware inventory.

Croft will also provide a range of product support services to customers throughout the UK including onsite support, product aftercare and technical support.
