Crystal Ball launches mobile tracking – from just 22p per day

Crystal Ball has launched mobile tracking for Windows and Symbian GPS enabled mobile phone handsets. Blackberry, Samsung and Sony Ericsson will be added to the range of supported handsets in August with Android following in Q4. The Crystal Ball mobile application is simply downloaded over the air and users need to ensure they have an appropriate data bolt on.

Raj Singh, Managing Director comments, “This now positions Crystal Ball as the leading tracking provider in the UK by offering vehicle, asset and mobile tracking with lone worker protection, all on one platform. This is unique in the industry, another first for Crystal Ball, and a ‘must have’ requirement for our customers.”

He adds, “We’ve taken time and a great deal of thought around the commercials ,which include generous up front connection bonuses and an ongoing revenue share scheme .The customer proposition has also been carefully put together to ensure maximum market penetration, with mobile tracking available from just 22p per day.”

“The tracking market is growing at a phenomenal rate as all businesses look to improve productivity and increase profit by embracing this technology .In addition, businesses have a legal requirement to ensure compliance with their ‘duty of care ’for their employees, and to avoid prosecution under the Corporate Manslaughter and Homicide Act 2007. The lone worker protection bolt on which has been specifically developed by Crystal Ball to work in conjunction with the tracking application is an important tool for businesses to meet their legal obligations.

Re-sellers can now drive even more revenue, reduce churn, increase ARPU with data bolt-ons, by selling mobile tracking, and lone worker protection, when re-signing or upgrading existing customers or signing new business.”
