CTI Data Solutions Team Expands

Three new members have recently joined the sales team at call management vendor CTI Data Solutions

Marketing Manager Anna Gordon says this has been in response to positive developments in the market place and is a positive reflection of the success of CTI and its Proteus Call Management Software Solutions.

Lois King and Graham Foster have both joined as Channel Account Managers; Nick Smith joins the team as EMEA Development Executive and will be focusing on Proteus Trader, CTI Data Solutions’ bespoke call management solution for the Financial Sector.

They join an already established team consisting of Mark Armstrong, Sales Manager and Rooben Mootin, Channel Account Manager.

The team will be focusing on developing relationships with existing and new channel partners and increase sales of the Proteus suite of products, including Proteus Enterprise and Enterprise Trader.

Mark Armstrong told Comms Business Magazine, “This is an exciting time for CTI. We are focusing on a positive and aggressive sales strategy through both our existing and new channels. Having a complete and dedicated sales team will mean we can work far more proactively with our channel partners. This also ensures the sales team are focusing on end user requirements and adopting a push pull approach to all channel sales opportunities.”
