The company says the introduction of Proteus Enterprise version 6.2, redefines the entire user experience of call management. The new concept sees much of the functionality and reporting capabilities that are core to Proteus being delivered to the new front-end dashboard. Information is now instantly available via ‘click through’ and ‘drill down’ reporting from the main screen and there is also an integrated calendar for easy retrieval of historical calls records.
