CTI Group Announces New Concept in Call Management

Call management solutions vendor CTI Group has announced the launch of Proteus Enterprise Version 6.2 and Proteus Enterprise P-Series, a comprehensive call management application designed specifically for SME customers.

The company says the introduction of Proteus Enterprise version 6.2, redefines the entire user experience of call management. The new concept sees much of the functionality and reporting capabilities that are core to Proteus being delivered to the new front-end dashboard. Information is now instantly available via ‘click through’ and ‘drill down’ reporting from the main screen and there is also an integrated calendar for easy retrieval of historical calls records. The solution is easier to navigate and the graphical front-end dashboard is constantly updated giving real-time call information.

Proteus Enterprise 6.2 includes a sophisticated Report Wizard which enables administrators to create and run customised reports in a matter of seconds. The simple Call Cost Calculator allows administrators to calculate the cost of calls for forecasting purposes, while running a carrier cost comparison report ensures the most cost-effective service provider is being used.

The user-friendly front-end means that functional heads within organisations can have telephone statistics delivered directly to their desktop to take ownership of telephony costs, employee productivity and network efficiency. This is a key requirement with many organisations already deploying Proteus, many of which are seeing a return on investment in less than 6 months.

A further addition to the CTI Group product portfolio is Proteus Enterprise P-Series, which has been introduced to help SMEs increase productivity and manage costs. P-Series boasts all the sophisticated functionality of the enterprise solution at a highly competitive price.
