CTI Group Expands its Channel Strategy

Promising partners in excess of 35 per cent margins, CTI Group, the provider of call management and call recording solutions, is looking to sign at least 50 more resellers in the coming quarter in its move to a 100 per cent reseller distribution model for its SME tier solutions.

In doing so, the company, which already works with in excess of 50 channel partners plans to increase SME market penetration with its call management software – ‘Proteus’ and call recording – ‘SmartRecord’ product families, ideal for VARs (Value-Added Resellers) working in the PBX, VoIP, call logging and comms hardware markets. Partners are also invited to sign up to the CTI Group ‘Business Growth Plan’, guaranteeing extra discounts, marketing support and additional aid in growing their own businesses. With this offering, the company has a further aim to increase numbers by threefold over the next 18 months.

The first of the product lines ‘Proteus’ is a premise-based call management piece of software aimed at all SME business sectors. Enabling users to collect and report on the call information available from traditional telephone systems (PBX), VoIP telephony solutions and dealing platforms, Proteus automatically interprets vendor specific call information, allowing businesses to easily produce professional management reports and make adjustments where necessary.

The ‘SmartRecord’ range is a voice recording solution designed to meet the highly specific needs and regulations of various vertical sectors. The application can record calls from any type of telephone system including traditional PBXs or VoIP solutions and is infinitely scalable, capable of recording from 4 – 512 channels; ideal for the SME market. Its straightforward, web-based user interface can replay calls quickly and easily and fills key business requirements where recording is vital for liability, dispute resolution, training and quality monitoring purposes.
