CTI Group in Manx Telecom Bill Analysis and Reporting Deal

CTI Group has signed a three-year contract with Manx Telecom, the Isle of Man’s leading telecoms supplier, to provide its Analysis5 and Dynamic Report solutions.

The agreement allows Manx Telecom to provide comprehensive bill analysis functionality to its corporate customers and general usage analysis to its SME customers to view both their mobile and fixed telecoms usage from a single platform.

Analysis5 is part of CTI Group’s bill management portfolio which offers fast, intuitive analysis, giving Manx Telecom’s corporate customers access to information that enables them to manage and understand their telecom call spend and usage more effectively.

The recently upgraded Analysis5 tool enables telecom operators to gain competitive advantage through new business generation and reduced customer churn by fulfilling the needs of both corporate and enterprise customers.

The company says Analysis5 provides an unmatched depth of bill transparency, enhanced design and usability. Together with invoice analysis, trend analysis and historical company structures. In addition, CTI’s new API integration functionality opens up key features within the core product to allow telcos to provide bill presentment and analysis via their Web portal.

By taking on Dynamic Reports, Manx Telecom can also offer its SME customers a single bill for multi-play services. The Dynamic Reports eBill presentation and interactive usage analysis report delivered by secure email, consolidates converged services from a service provider into a single source. This means operators only require one bill production process and customers have the convenience of a single bill for fixed-line, mobile, and broadband.

Delivered direct to the customer’s inbox, ‘Dynamic Reports’ makes electronic bills convenient by removing the need to log on to a Web site – the Dynamic Report is always available in the customer’s inbox. Customers can also update their contact details without contacting the Telco, helping to automate the management of subscriber details.

The telco benefits from the significant cost advantages of replacing paper bills and consolidating bill production. By providing transparent billing information, ‘Dynamic Reports’ reduces the number of billing queries and the cost associated in resolving these, whilst giving customers a strong brand experience.

Andy Wilson, Sales and Marketing Director, Ryder Systems, explained, “Manx Telecom now has specialised solutions to gain a comprehensive market advantage by offering corporate and SME customers a superior billing and usage analysis experience.”

Alyson Hamilton-Lacey, Sales Director at Manx Telecom, added, “We are delighted to be working with CTI Group in a partnership that will strengthen our offer to business customers, saving them time and money. As we move towards launching the world’s first converged network at the end of next year, the consolidated ebilling enabled by CTI Group’s Dynamic Reports represents an important step.”
