Provider of interactive communication management solutions CTI Group has announced a partnership with reseller Exchange Communications Limited. The alliance will enable Exchange Communications to immediately make CTI’s Proteus call management and SmartRecord Voice Recording solutions available to its global client base.
CTI Group are aiming to make a number of significant reseller appointments over the next few months.

Typically SmartRecord is utilised by businesses to fulfil regulatory compliance, aid staff training, to effectively resolve disputes or to generally monitor employee telephony performance. Call access and playback is via a secure web interface.
