SmartRecord also provides extensive multi-tenancy for flexible administration to support unique divisional and department requirements and automatic call categorisation to synchronise and simplify business processes and improve workflow.
By integrating SmartRecord with Proteus, their call accounting and reporting tool, resellers will be able to offer their customers a complete unified communications (UC) solution. The integration of these applications provides organizations with the business intelligence (BI) and business process management (BPM) tools required to optimize its UC system’s efficiency.
