Ignition Technology and Cybereason have announced a distribution partnership to grow and support Cybereason’s rapidly expanding channel community across the UK and Ireland.
Cybereason’s Cyber Defense Platform offers endpoint prevention, detection and response and active monitoring. The solution delivers multi-layered endpoint prevention by leveraging signature and signatureless techniques to prevent known and unknown threats in conjunction with behavioral and deception techniques to prevent ransomware and fileless attacks.
“Ignition Technology has a proven ability to bring innovative security technology to market along with the technical, sales and marketing support to grow our UK channel community,” said Christian Stanford, Vice President of EMEA Channel for Cybereason. “We look forward to working closely with Ignition Technology to educate and expand the market to ensure that enterprises have the best possible solutions to defend against the evolving threat landscape.”
“Cybereason is a market leader in the endpoint market and there is a huge opportunity and demand for enterprise class endpoint detection and response (EDR) products and services,” said Sean Remnant, Chief Strategy Officer at Ignition Technology. “This is validated by independent research that shows the endpoint security area as being one of the fastest growth areas in cyber security at almost three times the rate of the broader market.”
“Cybereason is a key part of a wider strategy to help partners add extended services around EDR & XDR that provide additional service-based revenue streams,” Remnant added.
As part of its value-added distribution agreement, Ignition provides pre-sales and technical enablement to channel partners to quickly demonstrate value to customers. Initial partner recruitment will focus on security specialists with expertise across a broad range of enterprise and vertical markets.
