Dacon, the specialist distributor of contact centre solutions, has announced that its management buy-out has now been completed. Roy Strutt, Dacon’s founder and Managing Director completed the buyout from Danbury, Connecticut firm Cognotronics.
The distributor says that their renewed independence and the additional investment generated via the MBO process means the company is well-placed to offer its broadest range yet of best-of-breed contact centre and telecommunications solutions into its reseller base, including BT Global Services.
