Daisy Group strengthens maintenance offering

Daisy Group has appointed Mark Boden into the newly created role of Maintenance Specialist.

Prior to joining Daisy, Mark worked at Azzurri Communications over a period of 12 years, primarily as a Business Development Specialist for support services before migrating into a Corporate Account Manager position.

Mark will be responsible for Daisy’s entire maintenance offering with a key focus on customer acquisition, customer retention and cross sale opportunities.

He brings with him a wealth of experience from within the communications industry, specialising in services design, commercials, sales and implementation.

Andrew Goldwater, Managing Director of Daisy’s Retail division said: “If a business’ telephone system goes down the impact can be crippling. We understand how important maintenance is to our customers and what a business needs from their provider.

“By appointing Mark into this role we not only have his specialist expertise in this area, but it provides us with the resource to enhance our overall proposition and ensure we don’t miss out on any opportunities.”

Since joining the company, Mark has already played an instrumental role in refreshing Daisy’s ‘secret agent’ maintenance offering.
