Daisy Links up with… Link Telecom

Lancashire-based Daisy, one of the UK’s leading independent fixed line service providers, has penned an agreement that will see customers of the mobile company enjoy access to Daisy’s full portfolio of communications products, including calls, lines and broadband, while being invoiced under a dual-branded Link and Daisy bill.

The deal ensures that customers of Link retain the best in customer support and products from Daisy, with Link retaining ownership over the end user.

Daisy finance director Matt Peters said: “Daisy will carry out back office responsibilities for the customers, including billing, credit control and customer support, while Link continues to own the customer.

“The agreement allows both parties to concentrate on what they do best, with Link able to concentrate on new business and Daisy able to provide its proven high quality of customer support, comprehensive online billing and access to a team of trained business advisors from its UK-based call centre.”

Link Telecom director Julian Barnes said of the deal: “We were looking for a wholesale deal that would provide competitive buy rates that would also provide us with the flexibility to offer customers the best support via a partnership arrangement.

“We were already aware of Daisy’s credentials and depth of experience. It also became apparent during the selection process that Daisy has made significant investment in systems. These factors combined will ensure the highest quality of service for our customers.”
