Daisy Partners to Start the New Year on a High

Loyal daisy partners and staff will be packing their salopettes and sunglasses as they prepare for a New Year ski adventure in the Swiss Alps.

A group of more than 50 snow-seekers will leave Lancashire-based daisy on their Engelberg-bound trip on January 26th. There they will enjoy a four day all-inclusive break that promises to be entertaining both on and off the slopes.

daisy staff had to work hard to gain their place on the trip, but they were certainly up for the challenge. Sales staff had to achieve 110% of target over a three month period in order to qualify and other staff had stringent KPIs to work towards to secure their seat.

But all those who have worked tirelessly to take advantage of this opportunity agree it was well worth it.

Philip Lee, internal account manager, made sure he was on the trip. He said: “This is a new role for me and I’m really impressed with myself for achieving the target. I haven’t been skiing for 10 years, so I’m sure I will be the centre of amusement for many when I take to the snow!”

Business partners and resellers of daisy were invited on to the trip as a thank you for their business during 2008.

Chris Burney, head of the business partner and agent channels at daisy, said: “Working towards the ski trip created a great buzz around the office and letting people know they had won a place on the trip and seeing their excited faces makes it all worthwhile.

“Last year’s trip to France was a great success and we have no doubt that our ‘Rogues Gallery’ for 2009 will ensure lots of fun and stories to tell!”
