Daisy Re-Launches its Directory Enquiry Service

Daisy Communications has re-launched its 118101 directory enquiry service.

The award-winning 118101, named best newcomer at the director enquiry awards 2005, has been re-branded and re-launched at the company’s head office in Lancashire.

Taking on a great new look, Daisy 118101 is a reliable and highly accurate alternative to other directories on the market and is as much as 40% cheaper than many of them.

A new feature of Daisy 118 101 enables customers to have the number they have requested sent via text message to their mobile phone, regardless of whether they are calling from a landline, for free.

Daisy’s chief executive officer Matthew Riley said: “More often than not, remembering a number to dial for directory enquiries is the least of your problems as many providers still don’t offer a reliable service. We wanted to be able to offer a service where that wasn’t going to be an issue, and we are confident Daisy 118 is one of the most accurate, as well as reasonable, on the market.

“The new and improved offering from daisy retains the original features associated with our traditional 118 offering but we have now added some additional ones that really do enhance the service.”
