Damovo to bring technology innovation to life

Enterprise ICT solutions and services provider Damovo UK & Ireland, has unveiled its state-of-the-art Client Innovation Centre (CIC) aimed at assisting clients along their entire technology journey. Based at the company’s head offices in Horsham, the CIC gives clients hands-on access to the latest enterprise mobility, virtual teaming and collaboration tools; from the likes of Cisco, Microsoft, Aastra and Mitel. By replicating a client’s business environment, it explores communications used in the different scenarios of today’s working lives – like the growing enterprise phenomenon of BYOD (Bring Your Own Device).

“Clients will be taken on a journey that provides total transparency into how the huge plethora of technology solutions out there can address their business challenges,” said Simon Payne, MD of Damovo UK & Ireland. “For many, uncertainty about whether a new technology or move to a hosted solution will deliver the desired outcomes or is suitable for their business can be a major stumbling block. Whether they’re a CFO, a sales director or an IT manager our aim is to help our clients find what is right for them and their business, regardless of the systems they have in place today. By giving our clients hands-on experience, we can spark new ideas and show them the art of the possible, encouraging visitors to bring their own devices to experience how these concepts can work for them. They can also explore our in-house Solution Development Centre, which is our core design, research and pre-staging facility.”

The collaborative approach fostered at the CIC enables clients to work with Damovo specialists to build their own system from the ground-up; tailoring it specifically for their every need.

In addition to the launch of its CIC in Horsham, Damovo is also announcing the opening of a new office in London. “With many of our clients being based in London, our new Hammersmith site will allow us to build even closer working relationships with them through the availability of more convenient meeting spaces,” said Simon Payne. “Coinciding with the launch of the CIC at our Horsham HQ, this announcement is a strong testament to our constant drive to offer the very highest levels of service and support to our clients.”
