Dealer Sales Reshuffle at Nimans

Significant changes have been made to its Dealer Sales team by telecoms distributor Nimans, with sales manager Adrian McMahon arriving to spearhead the department – taking over from Philippa Parrish who has moved her career into field sales management.

The Nimans Field Sales team has grown significantly over the last 12 months and is now a division within its own right, according to Philippa who says a dedicated manager is needed to develop and drive business forward, working closely with an extensive dealer network.

Parrish has been at Nimans for over six years and is taking on the new role of Field Sales Manager whilst maintaining her Headset Business Manager responsibilities. She is very much looking forward to the many challenges that lie ahead and commented: “I firmly believe I am the right person for this role as I thrive being on the front line. I cannot wait to get started, motivating the team and developing closer relationships with resellers and manufacturers.”

McMahon meanwhile is joining Nimans on the back of a near 20-year telecoms career, working for Siemens, Alcatel and Sterry Communications as part of an extensive sales background. He arrives from a sales recruitment organisation which he built up, specialising in the telecoms sector.

“I have the people management and professional industry experience to help contribute to Nimans’ sustained growth. I am also particularly effective when operating within a team environment,” he pointed out.

“Nimans has a first class industry profile and I am very much looking forward to working with the talented individuals already in place so that the company continues to reach even greater heights of success, building on our award-winning reputation of providing the highest levels of service and commitment to our dealer channel.”
