Dealers train to gain with Mainline

Mainline Digital Communications has announced that it will be running another series of group product training days during 2010 due to the success of the high uptake from its dealers last year.

With 2009’s product focused training sessions on Samsung, BlackBerry and the iPhone being a huge success, Mainline wanted to build on this and continue to offer expert technical support to dealers.

The sessions are designed to offer dealers a comprehensive understanding of key features on new mobile handsets. This will involve experienced presenters who will provide interactive demonstrations and highlight key selling points.

“The session was well targeted to how Geko works, and I came away confident with products offered,” commented Dave Carter from Geko Direct.

“We’ve had great feedback from our dealers about the training that Mainline offers,” added Gail Hollinshead, Mainline’s director of dealer sales. “With the ever-changing market and so many technological developments to keep up with, we want to make sure our dealers are fully up to date with the latest handset specifications. This helps them to continue to offer their customers the highest level of service and product knowledge.”
