Dimension Data, the $4-billion specialist IT services and solutions provider and Virginia (US) headquartered Invoice Insight have signed a strategic global partnership agreement to offer the industry’s first localised global Telecom Expense Management (TEM) solution.
The partnership combines Dimension Data’s established global footprint and unrivalled capability to plan, build, support and manage enterprise communication infrastructures, with Invoice Insight’s award-winning BillPort telecom expense management technology. Together, the two organisations have a powerful TEM solution offering for multinational organisations.
In August 2008, Dimension Data was ranked by Gartner as highest in ability to execute when it was positioned in the Challengers Quadrant for Managed and Professional Network Services, Worldwide, while Invoice Insight has for the past three years been acknowledged by Gartner as Strong Positive vendor in its TEM Marketscope.
Dimension Data will offer a Managed Communication Service, and is working closely with Invoice Insight to integrate its supply chain and Global Services Operating Architecture (GSOA) management platforms with BillPort. This service combines the lifecycle management of telecommunications services with the lifecycle management of the network technologies.
