Disty Cloud has launched this week with a 100% channel focus. Disty Cloud offers telecom resellers white labelled cloud solutions from end to end. They provide white labelled services from tech pre sales through to service delivery and more importantly white label end user support. With the cloud market growing year on year, Disty Cloud aims to help partners capitalise on opportunities that historically may have been unsuitable due to limitations with in-house key skills or support staff.
On setting up the company Kamran Maqbool said “I’ve was in the telecoms industry for 15 years and one thing I noticed was that when fantastic new services went out to market, the reason these were not offered to end users was due to the lack of confidence to be able to support them within an organisation. The upshot was that Resellers would not invest in the key skills needed and lose out on potential new forms of revenue due to this.”
Kamran continued “We conducted market research and found that one of the barriers to entry was the lack of in house key skills to deliver and support Cloud solutions confidently to meet the expectations of end users. With this in mind we strategically focused the business to offer white label end user delivery and support which provided reassurance and confidence to telecom partners looking at offering Cloud services to their clients.
“The infrastructure, solutions and key skills have been tried and tested for over 2 years within the IT VAR market and now was a perfect time to enter into the Telecoms marketplace.”
