B2B telecoms provider Diva Telecom has made two new appointments as part of an overall recruitment plan to support the company’s growth strategy for the rest of 2017 and beyond.
The two specialist, Business Development Managers Glenn Morrison and Greg Broadway, started in March.
Erica Lewis, Managing Director at Diva Telecom said, “With many businesses neglecting inbound solutions in favour of data and connectivity, Diva aims to change this by bringing on board these two new experts. This will be of significant benefit to Diva Telecom’s current customer base, as well as prospective clients, as they will be able to guide and advise them on how to utilise telecoms to grow their businesses.”
Glenn Morrison has over 10 years in the telecoms industry, having previously worked for Kcom and BT. With specialist experience in delivering complex voice-based solutions, Glenn managed various high-profile customer telecoms’ estates that include DWP and Barclays Bank.
Greg Broadway has over three years’ experience specialising in inbound telephone numbers, call management products and SMS platforms, dealing with both UK and International clients.
Greg describes his Diva vision, “I want to make it easier for our clients to engage with their customers, helping them to better manage their inbound call traffic, giving a better customer experience which will in turn allow them to grow.”
Additionally, both new recruits will be heavily involved with elevating Diva’s in-house developed SMS and Audio Conferencing platforms to new heights, which will give companies countless, cost-effective business opportunities. Diva Telecom also has ambitious plans to recruit in line with its expanding business portfolio, with the introduction of another new role, SEO and PPC Executive.
Erica Lewis concludes: “Glenn and Greg’s combined wealth of telecoms experience will add further value to our customer’s experience and be instrumental to Diva’s future growth by helping businesses build better international connections through our International Toll Free and Local Numbers, enabling businesses to have a global presence without the additional expense of a physical office in that location.”
