An innovative tool to save resellers time and money is to launch next month at the popular Northern leg of the Convergence Summit event.
The Diva Partner Portal has been developed by Leeds-based Diva Telecom to give resellers a single platform from which to access and manage its suite of services.
These include the popular white-labelled SMS and audio conferencing, as well as access to WLR3.
The in-house developed system also incorporates CRM plus a cutting edge billing platform – saving Diva customers the cost of renting or buying their own.
Diva Telecom expects to attract significant attention when it showcases the Diva Partner Portal at the Convergence Summit North in Harrogate on March 17th and 18th.
Head of sales, Kevin Harrison, recently joined the company, to which he brings 25 years in the industry, including 16 in channel development.
