Druva expands MSP partner network

MSPs
Druva has launched a new Managed Services Center in response to ‘significant growth’ of its managed services provider (MSP) programme.

Built on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Druva’s MSP programme was launched in 2021 and has seen the company triple its MSP partners as the demand for resilient, simplified data protection service continues to surge across the global channel ecosystem.

The Managed Services Center provides partners with additional resources to run their businesses more strategically, aiming to enable MSPs to seamlessly support new and existing tenants from a single interface. This drives more efficiency and better management of customers by service level agreements, service plans and workloads, Druva said in a statement announcing the launch.

Built entirely in the cloud, Druva helps MSPs accelerate time-to-revenue and reduce risk by delivering a 100 per cent software as a service (SaaS) solution. Since launching its MSP programme and the Managed Services Center, Druva said it has seen ‘enormous demand’ for data protection services that simplify and automate traditionally complex processes.

“MSPs are facing a multitude of challenges that are slowing down sales cycles and are increasingly in need of a modern solution that is free of supply chains or costly hardware and management,” said Robert Brower, senior VP global partners and alliances, Druva.

“By harnessing the global reach of AWS infrastructure, we are delivering a solution that relieves these pressures and enables MSPs to drive measurable outcomes with higher margins. The program’s growth since launch is a testament to how seamless the process has become, and with Druva’s Managed Services Center at the core of our program, MSPs are able to access best-of-breed resiliency, flexibility, and scale-on-demand.”

Nicholas Barron, chief technology officer at UK MSP Harbor Solutions said that the Druva MSP programme is providing Harbor with the tools to grow top-line revenue and ensure customer success through a simplified experience.

“Because Druva is built on AWS, we are confident our customers’ data is always safe, secure and available,” Barron said.

“With no infrastructure required, we no longer need to focus on data centers, servers or hardware and storage shipments in order to set up data protection solutions for our customers. Now, everyone in our organisation, from sales to support, can focus on delivering more value to our customers.”

The Druva Managed Services Center is available now to MSPs in EMEA and North America.
