Easynet Global Services Makes Four New Appointments

Easynet Global Services, the international provider of managed network, hosting and telepresence services, has announced some new changes to its management team, which will allow the company to further strengthen its offering to customers.

Justin Fielder returns to Easynet Global Services in the role of Chief Planning and Technology Officer for the Group. Leading the UK Business, Phil Mullan is appointed Managing Director, Parm Dhami, Acting Financial Director and Andrew Sumner Sales & Marketing Director.

Having worked with Easynet for over 10 years and for Global Services in international roles for the last three years, Phil Mullan has been promoted from the role of Business Transformation Director to Managing Director in the UK. As well as overseeing the UK business as a whole, he will be responsible for driving Easynet Global Services to continue its successful implementation of agile and flexible managed services, pioneering smart technology innovation and unparalleled focus on service excellence.

Following three years in Sky’s Technology Group, initially responsible for Sky Network Services and more latterly leading Research and Development (R&D) and the Customer Technology Group, Justin Fielder returns to Easynet to continue his 12 years with the group and takes on responsibility for leading the commercial and technology planning activities across the company globally. Through initiatives like EtherStream Local Access and pioneering LLU (Local Loop Unbundling), Easynet has a history of bringing innovation to market quickly to help customers stay ahead and continuing this legacy will also fall under Justin’s remit.

Andrew Sumner joins Easynet Global Services as its UK Sales & Marketing Director, bringing with him over 15 years experience in the telecommunications industry in a variety of senior sales and general management roles. Prior to this appointment, Andrew worked firstly at Cable and Wireless and then at Reliance Global serving as Account Development Director, moving eventually to fill the post of UK Managing Director.

Before joining Easynet, Parm Dhami had held various roles within Commercial Finance at Sky, having begun his career at the company as a graduate. Most recently he headed up the advertising sales division within Sky Media. Parm is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
