ebillz Crowned King of Customer Service

ebillz recently held a prize draw from participants in its latest customer survey, the winners being North-West based Telecommunications specialist Crown Telecom, winning a Google Nexus Tablet. Crown Telecom are part of the Crown Group of companies based in Bury and provide telephone systems including VoIP and hosted solutions, mobiles, broadband & data services as well as multi-platform telephone system maintenance contracts.

The latest ebillz survey was of particular importance due to the launch of its new customer consultation process, which allows customers to drive its development program. Yasin Qadir, Head of Sales at ebillz, commented “We’re proud that 98% of our customers stated they would not hesitate to recommend us to another reseller and just over four out of five thought we offer a very good service. We aim to exceed our customer’s expectations and putting their requirements at the heart of our development process is a vital part of achieving this. We are also just about to publish our latest installment in the ebillz development roadmap covering the first six months of 2013 and are working hard to have a whole range of new features ready to demonstrate early next year.”

Crown Telecom Managing Director; Mark Nicklin stated “I have worked with ebillz for over 10 years and have found their support, help and advice invaluable as we grow our business.
