“It’s frustrating for customers who are keen to move to ebillz to be held up by termination charges from their existing supplier” says Yasin Qadir, Sales Manager “so we’ve decided to help them out by offering to buy them out of their existing contracts.”
One of the first companies to make use of this new initiative is Lincolnshire based Just Telecom. Managing Director John Wilkinson said “The flexibility shown by ebillz goes to prove why we were keen to start using them as soon as possible. Unfortunately we were in a contract until July this year so it was great to come to an arrangement with them so that we were not in a situation where we were paying two separate companies for billing services and could start making use of the ebillz features as soon as possible.”
