Eclipse Internet launches 80/20 Fibre Broadband for Partners

Eclipse Internet has announced that all new Partner Fibre Broadband orders will be automatically provided with the faster Partner ‘80/20 Fibre Broadband’ solution from September 24th, with no price increase compared to the former Partner ‘40/10 Fibre Broadband’.

Current Partners will also have their existing ‘40/10 Fibre Broadband’ circuits upgraded to the new ‘80/20 Fibre Broadband’ – meaning potentially a doubling of current downstream and upstream speeds. Additionally, there are no other charges for the upgrade in service and a new contract will not be required for existing partners.

Eclipse Partner Fibre Broadband offers faster speeds – giving the end customer a consistently better performance compared to standard specification ADSL broadband.

“This no cost, potentially twice as fast upgrade is great news for our current Partners and their end customers - as well as being an extra incentive for new Partners to join us,” says Henry West, Head of Channel Sales at Eclipse. “We always aim to provide an exceptional experience to our customers and we feel that this further enhances this focus.”

“The new upload and download speeds will bring substantial business benefits to partners, who can now offer their customers even faster speeds, great for access to bandwidth hungry servers, hosted voice and video, even multiple user accessibility.”

“We are consistently rated as the fastest non-cable provider of broadband in the UK according to broadband.co.uk, so this upgrade offered to our Partners continues our aim of providing industry leading speeds across our portfolio of solutions”, concludes Henry West.

In July, Eclipse recorded 100% for the availability of its network by product across all services, from broadband through to hosting. Partners will continue to benefit from the dedicated support provided by Eclipse, including personal Account Managers, knowledgeable customer service experts and dedicated technical support.
