Eclipse Partners Raises the Support Bar

Eclipse Internet is expanding their channel focus with the launch of the first stage of an all-new Partner Portal. This is another move confirming their commitment to focus on the partner channel – something that has already paid dividends, with a 25% increase in orders in the past year.

The portal aims to give Partners the features and functionality to help grow their business – from white label portals to multi customer provisioning, APIs and a range of account management features such as improved billing.

Eclipse has also launched their own innovative DSL monitoring tool, Eclipse Sentinel. The solution allows Partners to monitor all their Eclipse connections, down to individual exchanges and connections - meaning that they can instantly identify if a problem occurs. Developed in-house, Eclipse Sentinel also alerts users to potential line problems, giving Partners the power to deliver vastly improved customer service to their end users.

Partners will benefit from a free trial until the end of September. Eclipse will contact their existing Partners with information about getting Sentinel and those wanting to become an Eclipse partner should go to www.eclipse.net.uk/partners to register their interest.

Extensive testing has taken place with Eclipse Sentinel to ensure it completely meets the needs of the channel and it’s already received high recommendations.

Colin Painter from Pink Connect says “Eclipse Sentinel offers some brilliant technology that’s easy to use, providing an up to date picture of our entire connectivity estate.

Eclipse Sentinel has revolutionised the support we can offer our customers, increasing satisfaction levels across the board and enabling us to take a more proactive approach to support.”
