Eden Repair Centre, specialists in the repair and insurance of smartphones, tablets and laptops have launched a BREAKfix repair service to provide affordable accidental damage and breakdown cover for mobile devices.
As their Reseller base has started to grow, Eden have seen a need for organisations to cover their mobile devices against accidental damage and breakdown. By paying one annual fee to cover their fleet, businesses have access to an online portal for logging claims and managing their repairs.
Andy Payne, Director at Eden explained “Annual BreakFix has been launched based on conversations we have had with a number of customers. Our annual agreements allow repairs to be done without the need for diagnosis, purchase orders and other paperwork, which speeds up the turnaround process and cuts down on the overall administration requirements for all end users.
We have included all delivery and collection charges in the pricing and there is a simple-to-use portal for all repair requests to be logged.
We have made the process as quick and simple as possible. End users need their device back in their hands as soon as possible – and that’s what we do!”
