Eden Repair Centre Upgrade to Bigger Office

Leeds based Eden Repair Centre who are responsible for maintaining tablets, smartphones and laptops for school pupils and businesses throughout the UK, have moved to larger premises to meet the increasing demand for their services and to be able to best serve their newly launched reseller program.

Eden, who work with a wide range of schools, businesses, public sector organisations as well as resellers have seen large growth in the need for their repair services as more schools and businesses are utilising smartphones and tablets for their pupils and employees in everyday life. Inevitably, when the use of these devices increase, so do the amount of breakages. By providing a white label service it gives resellers the opportunity to offer something different to their portfolio and it can also be a great door opener to attract new customers and revenue streams.

Andy Payne, Director at Eden Repair Centre, explains: “Due to the increasing demand for our repair services and the need to strengthen our team, we have found more suitable premises. With plans to increase our numbers over the next few months and with us now providing a white label reseller service, we are looking forward to continued growth across our portfolio. Our purpose-built repair centre area, paired with added office space allows Eden to offer an even better end user experience but also provide our growing number of resellers with the best service possible.”

Director Richard Kennedy also added: “The office move has increased floor space three-fold and is just part of our growth plans, with an aim to welcome additional engineering and support personnel before the end of the year to meet growing customer and reseller needs.”
