Elite Launches New VoIP Platform

Unified Comms
Elite has launched a brand new VoIP platform to their Channel Partners. Furthermore, both SIP Trunks and Hosted Voice utilise their fully owned and managed Next Gen QoS enabled network. QoS is now the foundation of how their network has been designed and engineered, giving all users a recognisable difference in call quality through full end-to-end management, from handset to handoff.

Elite are also offering Partners extra features at no additional cost; Free setup on all Hosted Seats and Trunks, free call recording for all users, free calls to all internal numbers, use of our presence feature and their instant messaging are also inclusive features that come at no cost.

In a statement released the company said, "Any partner can now request a free SIP Trunk trial where we will we will set the account up, give access and reserve a calling balance for testing. This actively demonstrates the capability of our system in a real time environment. This also gives the option to trial our support and get a feel of what it’s like to work with Elite.

With the increase of Remote working and Hot-Desking in the UK, as well as the end of the legacy ISDN network fast

approaching, more and more businesses are turning to VoIP as a more affordable and higher quality alternative.

System Admins now have the flexibility to instantly scale up and down as their businesses requirements change,

provision new users instantly and allow a higher level of continuity.

After a successful Beta trial period, we are pleased to announce that the new Hosted Voice and SIP Trunking service is now officially taking on new resellers and customers. We have had an outstanding influx of interest and are servicing a considerable amount of Businesses across the UK, through our network of Channel Partners."
