Enghouse Awards Top Partners

Distributors
Enghouse Interactive has recognised the significant achievements of several partners at its prestigious Winning Partnership Event in London. The continued momentum with the Enghouse Partners is, in part, fuelled by the alignment of its core contact centre offerings and the continued adoption of Microsoft’s Skype for Business platform.

Enghouse Interactive promoted UK-based cloud service provider, GCI and business communications technology specialist, 4net Technologies to gold partner status at the event.

GCI recently announced the acquisition of IT services company Blue Chip

Jon Seddon, Head of Product at GCI said: “Our expertise in Skype for Business is at the heart of our success and we have established ourselves as one of Microsoft’s leading providers in this space. The Enghouse Interactive solutions are key in helping us add value to the core Skype for Business offering, and make good on our commitment to provide high-quality contact centre solutions to meet growing customer demand. This award recognises the success we have achieved in delivering on that vision.”

While GCI’s rise from silver to gold is the fastest yet recorded by Enghouse, 4net picked up two awards, promotion to gold partner and certification as a Contact Centre Specialist. This accolade is in recognition of the significant traction that Enghouse and 4net have gained working in tandem across the UK market in recent times.

Richard Pennington, Managing Director, 4net Technologies said: “We are delighted to have picked up two awards at the Winning Partnership Event. It is a testament to how well we continue to work with Enghouse Interactive and how well our solution sets and business culture complement each other. At 4net, we are focused on engaging closely with end user organisations, enabling them to meet their strategic goals with the robust, yet flexible, technological infrastructure that Enghouse Interactive offers. Combined with the in-depth market expertise it provides, this helps us tremendously to deliver the results our customers expect.”

Enghouse Interactive is also driving momentum through its distribution channel. New partner, ScanSource Imago received official recognition at the Winning Partnership Event. Working with ScanSource will further increase Enghouse’s traction in the contact centre space.

Gary Bennett, Channel Sales Director, Enghouse Interactive, says: “Partnering with an industry leading distribution partner like ScanSource gives us the opportunity to accelerate, the scale of contact centre deployments. ScanSource is a market leader in Avaya solutions, increasing its footprint in the Microsoft Skype for Business sector, as well as being a strong partner across a raft of other PBX platforms. Coupled with that, they have a diverse product range which will enable us to engage with a range of other credible reseller partners, thereby helping drive further growth.”

Finally, another Enghouse Interactive distributor, Westcon-Comstor was celebrated for Outstanding Revenue Growth 2016-2017. Back in February, the distributor announced that sales revenues from its UCC Solutions Practice partnered with Enghouse Interactive increased by nearly 300% in 2016 when compared to the previous year - and continue to grow from strength to strength.
